Second meeting with the associated partners in Nouvelle Aquitaine (LTC France)

Yesterday, Etcharry Formation Développement, the Urrugne CCAS and the Pôle Culture et Santé welcomed the Nouvelle Aquitaine associated partners of the GINKGO project, the social link factory, for a meeting of the Local Technical Committee.
Each partner worked on inspiring ideas and practices related to social isolation, focusing on the aspirations and needs of the region's elderly.
We were also able to present progress on the training programme and the practical guide for current and future professionals, family carers and volunteers.
Here's a sneak preview of the 8 modules that have been identified as priorities and will be developed:
1. Ageism, stereotypes and prejudice (raising awareness, changing the paradigm)
2. Risk and protective factors for social isolation (fragility, decline)
3. Communicating with older people
3.1 Narrative communication - storytelling through video - developing an animation project
3.2 Narrative communication - storytelling through photography - developing an entertainment project
